Relax. You can keep the good ones.
When you started your business, you probably didn't know exactly who you'd love working with. You found that out by actually doing the work.
And over the years you've learned a lot.
You've worked with people who bring out your best work and people who make you question every life choice that led you to their inbox.
You've discovered what you're brilliant at, what people value enough to pay for and, just as importantly, what you don't particularly want to spend the next five years doing.
So who do you want to work with now?
That's what we're going to get into on Day One.
We'll look at the clients you want more of, the work you want to be known for and whether what you're currently selling reflects either of those things.
Because this isn't about finding an “ideal client” for the sake of a marketing exercise.
It's about being much more intentional about who gets your time, what they get to buy from you and whether that combination gives you the business you actually want.
Who you actually want more of in your business now and why they're such a good fit for you.
What you want those people to buy from you, including anything you've quietly known for a while has probably had its day.
What you want to be known for, so talking about what you do stops feeling unnecessarily complicated.
Where you want to put your time and attention next, rather than trying to keep every part of the business alive. And possibly a small list of clients you wouldn’t exactly chase down the street if they left.
And quite possibly, which clients you wouldn't exactly chase down the street
if they decided to leave.
What does freedom actually look like for you now?
We've spent years working with ambitious women and one thing is very clear: freedom is personal.
For some women it's finishing at 3pm or taking August off. For someone else it's building a team and going after something much bigger.
It might be travelling more. It might be making enough money that you never have to ask anyone else's permission. Or simply being able to take a Wednesday off because you bloody well feel like it.
Freedom isn't necessarily about working less. It's about having more choice.
And what you want that choice to look like now may be very different from when you first started your business.
That's what we're getting into on Day Two.
What do you want your business to make possible? How much do you want it to make? What do you want your working life to look like? And what are you no longer prepared to compromise to get there?
Then we're going to look at the business you're actually running and ask:
Is it built to give you any of that?
What freedom actually looks like for you now and how different that might be from when you started your business.
What you want your business to make possible and how much you want it to pay you.
What you’re no longer prepared to compromise on just to keep doing things the way you’ve always done them.
What needs to change for your business to give you more choice over what happens next.
No one-way ticket required.

And we've been where you are.
Between us, we've built and grown several businesses, made plenty of money, employed teams, launched programmes, raised prices, changed direction and occasionally wondered why on earth we'd made something so bloody complicated.
We've also spent years working with thousands of women building businesses alongside actual lives.
And that's probably why we're slightly obsessed with this idea of freedom.
Because both of us originally built businesses to give us more of it.
We've had children to raise, relationships, ageing parents, businesses to run and all the other things that don't politely disappear because you've decided you'd quite like to increase your turnover.
We've also changed.
What we wanted from our businesses ten years ago isn't necessarily what we want from them now.
And we know we're not the only women having that conversation.
That's why we're running The Freedom Sessions.
We know business. Emma's background is in marketing and Andrea's is in strategy and systems. Between us we've generated multi-six-figure launches, built teams and communities and helped women turn their expertise into businesses that make serious money.
But we're equally interested in the woman running the business.
Because you can have the perfect strategy on paper and still over-service every client, undercharge, avoid the thing you know you need to do or build yourself a business you don't particularly enjoy running.
That's the stuff we like getting into.
And we do it without judgement, without pretending we've got everything figured out ourselves and usually with quite a lot of laughing.
Come and spend two days with us.
You'll know pretty quickly whether we're your kind of women.
